Jimmy....originally from Philadelphia (a graduate of Francisan University) where he created his own incredible restaurant and a stint at the fabulous Las Vegas MGM Grand preparing meals for high rollers, Jimmy opted for the simple life of Guana Cay where the fresh seafood was for the taking right from ocean a few steps away. His mouthwatering creations from a simple sandwich to a gourmet meal are earning Jimmy thumbs up and atta boys from locals and guest alike.  Of course, the real story is we found out that, other than the best "Gyro" in the Bahamas, Jimmy could not cook, so we promoted him.....to Chief Guru!

And as all sailors know, behind every good man is a better wife and at Grabbers this is no exception....Terri keeps Jimmy on the straight and narrow and can oftern be found keeping an eye on Jimmy...otherwise, its walk the plank Arrrrr.
